Bibs are the most useful items of clothing I have (apart from nappies). I have a lot of very cute shirts and body suits, but nobody can see them because I am always wearing a bib. So if you are buying bibs for your baby or somebody else’s, make sure they are cute! Here are a few other things to look out for when choosing bibs.
- Make sure it doesn’t fasten up at the back. Some of my bibs have a velcro fastener at the back, behind my neck. The velcro irritates my neck when I lie on my back. And I spend a lot of time lying on my back. Instead, you can get bibs that fasten on the side, or even stretchy ones that Mum can just pull over my head. They are my favourite.
- Makle sure it’s either waterproof or thick. Double layer bibs are good. I drool a lot.
- Small bibs are OK to stop me drooling on my shirts, but a long bib is better in case I throw up. Sometimes I throw up on my socks. I’m sorry about that but I am only a little baby.
