Now I have got another tooth, right next to the first one in the front of my mouth. I have found them useful sometimes for chewing on things. Maybe that’s what they are for. My grandmother is very excited about my teeth. She kept trying to look at them last time she saw me. I don’t know why, because she has lots of her own teeth to look at.

My mouth hurts a bit sometimes. For as long as I can remember, if I cried then people would say things like “maybe he’s teething”. But ever since I got my first tooth, they just say “he’s teething”. Do teeth always hurt like this? Poor Mum and Dad must always hurt. They have so many teeth. Teeth feel funny. I wonder if I will get any more.
