For the last two months I have learned to say new words every day. Now I have learned how to put them together. Here are some of the things I like to say.
Fall down! — This is when I fall over when I am playing with Dad. Also when a leaf comes down from a tree or I build a stack of blocks and knock it over. Mostly it happens to my food when I am eating.
Up please — I say this to Mum or Dad when I don’t want to be on the ground any more. This happens when I get tired or if I am scared of something.
Close door — If I see a door that is open I want to close it.
Open door — If I see a door that is closed I want to open it.
Hole — careful! — I know that holes are dangerous becuase you can “fall down” them.
Far away stars — I know they are far away because even if I reach out i can’t touch them. Some other things are far away too, like the moon and the clock up on the wall and the top of the garage door.
Tummy sore! — I scratched my tummy last week and it hurt.
Hug Felix — I like to hug my brother even though he is very little and I have to be gentle. I am trying to teach Felix to hug me too but so far all he does is blow…
Bubble bubble bubble!
