I can count! I practised this morning on my legs. I sat down and pointed to my legs and said “Long legs. One… two legs!”
So I can count up to two. I don’t need any more numbers than two because I only have two legs.

I love it when Dad plays Three Little Piggies. Now I like to make nappy time more fun by asking him to do it again. “Do little piggy Dad!” I say. Then he does and it tickles and I laugh a lot. It’s even better than Jay playing Round and Round the Garden because Dad is a bit more gentle. Maybe I should teach Jay to do Three Little Piggies too.
When it is raining outside, Mum and Dad like to sing a little rhyme about the rain and an old man. Sometimes I try to sing it too:
“Raining, pouring, snoring. Bump his head.”
There is also a bit where the old man couldn’t get up in the morning. So maybe it is actually about Dad?
I like the moon. I always used to say “moon” when I saw it. But now I also know the name of where it is. I point up and say “Moon — up in the gy!” Sometimes I see other things up there too like “aeromplane” or “bird” or “ball”. Sometimes I go up in the sky too when Dad throws me up high. That’s even better than the moon.
