Shobe, a dependent visa is only available to a spouse or a person under 18, so adoption probably won’t help you.

Stef, it depends on a thousand things. I think mine took about a month, but I have heard of it taking six months.

Mohammad, you could try the Immigration Information Centre website to see if there is an email address there. I don’t know what the procedure is for reporting overstayers.

I wanted to report a relative of mine. She is using a valid visa right now but the worst part of it is that she was deported back in the Philipines before using other name. The problem is his husband is also using a valid visa which is actually not him. Therefore, both of them are using other name which is also different from their name they are using in the Philippines. She also stood as a guarrantor to my 6 relatives and presently that six people are over staying in Gifu City.Actually She even make those people pay for what what she have helped those person. Can I have an emal address of the nearest iimigration center in Nagoya or either in Gifu City?

Hope you will keep me posted on it or might as well took an action on this.

    Thank you very much

I am just concern for those people whom she obliged to pay her though she really helped a lot but too greedy for her and actually she may be considered violating the laws for using a name which is not actually her as well with his husband..

The first time she entered Japan, she already used another name and the worst now is she is holding a valid visa but not really her because her surname is different in the Philippines and so with his husband. She even reported also illegal aliens before but she does not even consider that she was also like that before. She does not have any pity for those who are working illegally just to feed and fill the needs of their love ones in the Philippines.Good for her because she really invested a lot and save a lot through her illegal actions done, how about the others striving to survive?

I think she had enough and so with his husband..

My husband’s nephew is married to a japanese national in the philippines. Her husband brought her to japan but after 2 months the girl ran away from her husband. Now she is living in with another man, a filipino who is also an illegal alien. Her husband had already filed a divorce and was approved. So she is now an illegal alien.

Actually I dont care if she is illegal alien or not but what bothers me is that this girl is using us for her to survive here in japan. She ask my husband to send remittance to her familywhich is really big amount, by using our bank account and name. Everytime shet meets a problem, she run to us. What i hate most is that she only come to us when she needs us, after that, even a simple thanks is not in her mind. I am really now menaced by this girl and i want her to stop disturbing us.

We have permanent resident’s visa, we pay our taxes and dues to the japanese government. That girl who earns and sends big amount of money to the philippines who does not pay taxes and dues is menacing us.

Can you please help us with our problem?

Her name is MERLAIDY LACANG who resides in Kasugai City near the lotteria

I hope you could help us with this.
