    Hai,

I just come back from Iwakura, Nagoya City in Japan. I going for holidays for about 2 weeks. Nagoya is very clean and peacefull place to go. The problem is only, there is so many overstays people from pakistan and Philiphines. Its was okey if they only want to work in Japan, but they also give problem to another people. I always been disturbed by them. And I saw a lot of pakistan guys married to Japanese old ladies just to get a visa. Same to the Philiphines girls, they also married to old Japanese guys. When they get their visa they will find another guys much younger.
Why Japane immigration simply give a visa for this type of people. They also earn a lot of money for their service. Been a paper husband/wife for a several time until they get a visa.

hello i am a single mother of a filipino/japanese daughter who is 4 yrs.old now.Since i had birth with my child i was really worried about how to raise her with the absence of her japanese father who did’t botherd to marry me or even sign to my daughter’s birth certificate..instead a japanese man friend of mine did sign it because of his symphaty to the child who is also a japanese blood.I am 100% sure and knew in myself the exact father of my child.

The story of mine as a single mother started when i dated with a japanese staff in the same company i worked in as entertainer last 2002.I was 2 months pregnant when i arrived back in philippines he promised that we will get married because he knew i was pregnant. But everything changed when i arrived in my country i call him many times and he only told me that he is not sure if the child that i have in my womb is his child and one time i caught him with another woman on the line when i tried to call him to ask and beg him that he should believe because i know in my heart he is the only japanese man i gave my whole with.i have worked a a lot here in my country to raised my child alone without the help or support from her japanese father who abandoned her since im pregnant.

I am really worried that my very young poor half japanese daughter will grow up without any privilages in japan or even see meet her real father, i am asking now if there is anything i could do so i can be able to give my child the right of meeting her father in the future or rights to have her visa in japan as well.I am positively sure and interested if i have to make them have dna test so that the japanese immigration will believe that my child has the right in enetering japan.

Please i really need consult and advices with this.I will appreciate it very well.

    -thank you so much

we’ve just learned that finger printing is now required in the immigration and my husband, has grown wartz on his index finger which we plan to have operated once he vocation for two weeks in the philippines. my concern is, will there be any problem in the fingerprinting if there’s wartz or if the wound has not fully healed yet?if yes, what can we do to avoid any problem in the immigration, do we need to secure/present document such as medical documents?thank you for your attention.

good day to all of you! my cousin has been asking me this question for many times now and i think she is not satisfied with my answer so i decided to consult you this on her matter.she was married to a japanesse citizen in the philippines before.suddenly her husband divorced her because her husband had a relationship with another woman and the woman became pregnant, which is unfavorable to her.despite this she did not bring the case to a family court because she her guilt is upon the baby that she is bearing.but her concern now is that her visa has still 2 years remaining.she dont want to go back to the philippines yet because she want to put up some amount before starting a new life.could it be possible that she stays here until her visa expires? wouldn’t the immigration send her back home since her status is now abolished? pls reply my mail sooner because she’s really going paranoid now.and im sad about her.

immigration to japan seems extremely difficult. i plan on moving there and become a naturalized citizen. one thing i would like to know, from the websites ive seen, you need to live in japan for 5 or more consecutive years to apply for a naturization. but you have to sign up for visas that only last for only a little while. how am i supposed to become naturalized if i cant live there for more than 5 years before coming back? and would i need to apply a permanent residency before i apply for naturalization?
