i am married to a japanese national(1984)but things didnt work out right so i left japan taking my only son who was only eight yrs old that time..now my son is already married and he lives in japan.i go to japan as a tourist.the last time i was there(may-oct 2007)i applied for a long term visa but unfortunately i was denied.i am still in the koseki tohon of my husband but my husband cannot be of help because he is now residing here in the philippines with another family.he doest have shutoko shomei.is it possible for me to be granted a long term visa?the last time i applied for it,my guarrantor was my son…THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!!!!
hi, have a goood day…i hope i can get an answer to my questions…..what happened was when she was in japan last year her visa has been expired but still she didnt want to go back to philippines so she decided to stay there with no proper papers then she met a japanese guy when they were planning to get married as in a week before she was caught by the immigration officer and kept her there in the immigration office for about 3months while she was there they got married with her japanese husband but still the japanese immigration sent her back home she was totally distress and dissappointed….then she went back home and married again to the same guy she was married with…they got married in a civil rites and garden wedding…but still waiting for her visa to go back to japan so she can be together with her husband and her husband is doing everything to get her visa as well….i know its gonna be hard for her to get a visa so easily since she was caught by the immigration officer take note not the police they said it is different story if you are caught by the police. My questions is, will she be able to get a japan visa the soonest or does she need to wait for many years to get her visa back? how long will she wait to get a visa? i hope to hear from you the soonest…

Japan Immigration Is Already Have Straggle to Solve this Problem but for me this cannot be solve unless the Philippine Government and Capitalist bring back their lands to the Thousands of Filipinos citizen who lost their lands and force to sale their lands.
