In addition to my previous comment, if indeed Eleonor Mallari is a timer in your country she maybe did that to support the needs of her for her family. It is impossible for her to run away since they were there as a group and she also think the consequences if she did that. Your other allegations are just a fabrications and has no evidence to prove it unless otherwise the immigration officers personally observe such allegations… Hope Sakura you’ll understand what im saying…

gusto ko po sana magtanong sa case ang kapatid ko, kinuha ko po sya dito as tourist, nung umuwi sya s apinas may bf na xang hapon,then kinuha ko ulit sya tapos nag overstay na sya at tumira dun sa bahay nungg hapon.. hindi po sya nagwowork, nas abahay lang. 1 year and 3 months na syang overstay ngayon. kasal sya sa pinas, pinapa annul na nila yung kasal nya.. ayaw umuwi ng sis ko kasi ayaw nyang mgkahiway sila nung bf nya.. pag na approve na ba yung annulment nya, at nagpakasal sya dito anu bang possibility? pauuwiin ba sya talaga din? or may possibility din na hindi na sya pauwiin? anu po best way para hindi mapauwi sis ko.. thanks in advance..
It seems that your office was doing nothing about the information I gave you (read #111), you just let these people laugh at you making you funny and clowns. I thought Japanese are intelligent persons? An additional information they change their strategy in meeting their customers, it seems that their mama sang and the arobaito’s have connivance. They are chaperoned by arobaito’s so as to confuse immigration officers and to think that they are with arobaito’s and will not meet customers for sex and money or worst boyfriend. And also they divided the group into three (3) so that immigration officers who are manning them do not know whom to follow, but I think your not doing your job well? And I advice you conduct STD test to them, I believe one of them has. hingi lang po sna ako ng advise sa problem ko.. bale po nagtourist visa ako sa japan last 2006 bale 6 months din po ako nag stay dun then nag overstayed ako for almost one and a half year,, dito na rin po kmi nagpakasal ng bf kong japanese national.. twice na po kming nagpapasa ng application sa immigration,, ussually po ba sa case ko gaano katagal po ba ang hihintayin ko pra mabigyan ng visa. thank you po at asahan ko po ang sagot nyo..

to rhea.. thankz for the responds…. umuwe ako ng phil.. noong na deport ako last 2007…then 2008 ng feb nagpakasal kmi ng asawa ko dto na pinas…twice n kmi nagpasa ng documents.. parehong deny pa rin…by june magpapasa ulit kmi… ask k lang nun nag apply kb ng visa mo dto ka sa pinas naghintay or nsa japan kna….up to now andito pa rin ako sa pinas.. and tanong ko narin syo..maari bang makapagbakasyon sa pinas yun pamangkin ko na nsa japan now kahit ang makakasama nya sa byahe eh yun asaw ko..if pwede me alam k bang procedure kung paano ..thankzz
