  • Does the Less plugin have to be combined with Evermore for it to work? I followed the instructions to the letter but it’s not doing anything. I only installed Less though, because I want to control where the break appears rather than using Evermore.

  • Ubu, Less does not need any other plugin to work. Actually, I had a look at your blog — Less seems to be working fine. Note that when you click “Read the rest of this entry”, the resulting page shows the page header and post title and all, rather than scrolling to the remainder of the post. That’s all Less is supposed to do…

  • It seems so simple…but it doesn’t work for me. Don’t know where i’m wrong.

  • I just recently downloaded the LESS plug-in, but Im finding it doesnt work? Is this because Im using it in WordPress 2?

If I can get LESS and EVERMORE to work in my blog it would be fantastic - has anyone else found that these plug-ins work or dont work in WP2?

    Thanks, Richard

  • Hi Richard. Unfortunately, I have not yet had the chance to test my plugins on WordPress 2. I would be interested in any feedback from users, but until I have upgraded my own blogs and tested the plugins I won’t be able to make any guarantees. I will try to do it this week when I finally get broadband connected in my new house!

  • Addressing Richard W’s comment, I have verified that Less works in WordPress 2. If you’re having problems with it, it’s probably not to do with WordPress 2. If anybody has a problem with it, please post a comment here (or contact me directly) with a link to your blog and I will investigate.

  • It works great for me, using the more, less combo makes for a sleek looking blog. Thanks for the great plugin!

And by the way, the plugins both work with WordPress 2.0 and 2.0.1 if that helps any of you curious folks.
