Cool!, it is working! Thanks Bennett.
Its not working for me
I have WP 2.1, I activated it and I can see the search summary page but no results in it. Even I manually went to google and clicked the link to my site from google search but none in the summary. Can you help?
JC, Search Meter records searches made using the normal WordPress search box . It will not record Google searches, even if they come from a Google search box on your own blog.
Oh ok… Now i get it… Thanks…
hi.
it seems that the search meter is not working properly for me. i installed and activated the plugin without problems. but when i test it by using my searchbox there are no searchwords tracked. any idea how to solve this problem?
(i’m using wordpress 2.1 and search meter 2.1)
thanks in advance.
Dirk, there may be an incompatibility with other plugins. What other plugins are you using? And what theme?
hi bennett,
i’m using a heavily changed classic theme.
other plugins i have installed:
Google Sitemaps
Landing sites
Show recent comments V2
hi, great plugin, i’d just install it.
thanx a lot!
@bennett:
i have found the reason for my problem: the action attribute in the searchfield form tag was not set correctly. now everything works fine. thanks for this plugin.
