• I have just discovered that Search Meter does not work properly in the current development version of WordPress (2.3 dev). This might be the same problem that Varista (above) was having in 2.2.1. If you try to activate Search Meter on this version of WordPress, you get an error message but the plugin is still activated. However, you may get an error if you try to use it.

  If you already had Search Meter working and you upgrade your WordPress then it should work. The problem only occurs when you first install Search Meter.

  I am investigating the cause of the problem and will update the plugin soon. I’ll add a few new features at the same time.
